Ingredients

    • 220 g rolled oats
    • 120 g HF protein, vanilla
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 5-6 tbsp stevia
    • 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
    • 200 g unsweetened apple sauce
    • 300 ml milk of your choice
    • 1 egg

Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
    2. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and process with a hand mixer until smooth.
    3. Pour into a rose-shaped silicon mould sprayed with coconut oil.
    4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    5. Dust icing sugar on top and serve.
