Refined sugar free, VG
- 60 g rolled oats (not quick oats)
- 25 g Vaniall HF Protein
- 1/2 tbsp stevia, honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 75 g greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh or canned peaches, cut into cubes or halves
- Strawberries and pecan nuts to serve (optional)
- In an airtight container or mason jar, mix all dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix well.
- Let set overnight and either enjoy as is or layer with fresh strawberries and pecan nuts.
