Refined sugar free, VG


    • 60 g rolled oats (not quick oats)
    • 25 g Vaniall HF Protein
    • 1/2 tbsp stevia, honey or maple syrup
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 75 g greek yoghurt
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 1/2 cup fresh or canned peaches, cut into cubes or halves
    • Strawberries and pecan nuts to serve (optional)


    1. In an airtight container or mason jar, mix all dry ingredients.
    2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
    3. Let set overnight and either enjoy as is or layer with fresh strawberries and pecan nuts.
