Australian Physique Bodybuilder Lee Nagorcka shows us what he eats everyday to demand results.

EARLY MORNING

4:30AM – A Black coffee with 20ml coconut oil (blended).

BREAKFAST

8:00AM – Lee’s Breakfast Pancake
200ml liquid egg whites, 4 whole eggs, 125ml unsweetened almond milk, 50g oats, 15g chia seeds, 15g ground flax, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cacao powder, 1 tsp baking powder. I blend all of the ingredients then cook as one big pancake and serve with 100g Blueberries and 20ml of sugar free maple syrup!

 

LUNCH

11:00AM – 250g Sweet potato, 100g broccoli, 100g chicken breast, 20g raw almonds. Top with a spoonful of sauerkraut.
1:30PM – Same as above.

AFTERNOON

5:00PM – Post-workout shake with 1 scoop HF Demand and 70g carbohydrate powder.

DINNER

7:00PM -150g of lean steak or fish (salmon/barramundi/cod), 250g brown rice or quinoa, steamed green vegetables or leafy green salad, 2 tsp olive oil.

DESSERT

8:00PM -1 scoop HF Demand, 70g oats, 20g chia seeds, 20g ground flaxseed, 1 tsp cacao, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 200g blueberries and 1 banana.
