Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, overripe
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tbsp almond butter, natural
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 scoop HF protein, vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method

    1. In a large jar, mash the bananas with a fork.
    2. Add all wet ingredients and mix.
    3. Add dry ingredients and mix.
    4. Let set overnight and serve with desired toppings.

Note: Will last for about a week in a fridge.
